Peace of Mind Framework in Action, Meet Sam!

Sam, a 25-year-old with special needs, craved physical activity and community involvement. The Peace of Mind Framework helped him achieve his goals of regular swimming and exploring new environments.

Through a person-centered approach, our team identified Sam's communication style and triggers. We implemented strategies like Positive Behaviour Therapy to ensure a successful transition to public swimming. This not only improved his fitness but also boosted his well-being, allowing him to participate in other activities like bowling and visiting an animal farm.
