Diving into inclusivity: Meet The Hosts

Hosted by Chloe Kempe and Karina McDonald, the Pieces of Mind Podcast promises to deliver engaging chats to explore, connect, and celebrate the efforts of like-minded individuals shaping a more inclusive future for everyone.

As a founding family member of SACARE with 18 years of experience in disability services, Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for listening to diverse experiences. Her mission is to share stories and find positive solutions to everyday challenges. Raising three teenagers amid our rapidly changing world, Chloe emphasizes inclusivity through storytelling to enhance community awareness and foster accessibility for all.

A mother of two special children, Sienna and Jake, Karina draws inspiration from her youngest, Jake, who lives with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Jake's complex medical needs motivate Karina to question the current experiences faced by the disability community and push for ways to make the world more accessible and fun.
