Unlocking Peace of Mind and Your Best Health: A Personalised Approach with SACARE's Clinical Nursing Services

At SACARE, your health and safety are at the core of everything we do. We take pride in personally designing our end-to-end management program, ensuring it revolves around you. With a commitment to leading in clinical and quality safety, we're dedicated to helping you reach your plan goals transparently and effectively.

What Sets Us Apart:

We are experts in diverse, complex care. We excel in managing both low and high complex care clients, including those living with:

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • MND

  • Cerebral Palsy

  • Brain Injury

  • Huntington's

  • Spinal Cord Injuries

  • Strokes.

Our team works closely with families, carers, and qualified professionals to fully understand your needs, concerns, and requirements. We handpick the best individuals to deliver top-notch service to exceed your expectations and provide peace of mind, regardless of your path.

Together we create transparent action plans. We collaborate with you, your supports and your families on designing and measuring actions to align with your plan goals. Using the latest technologies and trusted training methods, we build an Allied Health team that constantly asks, "How can we do better?"

Comprehensive Training for Exceptional Care

Our support workers receive more than the bare minimum training, including manual handling and first aid. We go further by offering additional, free training in Medication Management and Continence Management during their very first day of induction.

Specialised Support for You

We have developed a robust nursing assessment and care plan development process. Our priority is to provide highly skilled, client-specific support. For our respite clients, we have a trained group of casual nursing staff available for high-intensity support.

We ensure we can meet client needs such as

  • Enteral feeding

  • Diabetes and insulin management

  • Tracheostomy, or ventilator needs

  • Complex wound care

  • Complex bowel management

We’ve chosen to nurture an in-house clinical education system to ensure efficient and timely staff training, avoiding disruptions to transitions and delays in support.

For our In-Home Service, we also provide Crisis Prevention and Intervention training to support staff in understanding trauma-based and complex behaviours, enhancing the quality of in-home services.

Our Proven Process

Our first step is to thoroughly understand your needs and triage them appropriately. Your personalised plan and requirements undergo careful assessment and planning to ensure the delivery of the best possible services. Our dedicated intake team, along with a skilled clinician, meets with the client to gain a deep understanding of their needs, ensuring accurate and thorough assessment.

The second step is to take time and careful consideration when choosing your team. We prioritise the selection and training of the best staff tailored to your individual needs or specific requests. Our staff undergo comprehensive training, ensuring they meet the prerequisites for acquiring higher skills.

Commitment to Excellence

To maintain our high skills and diversity of knowledge, we align with NDIS guidelines, ensuring competencies are regularly updated and matched annually. Our in-house training team stays ahead of current industry needs and trends through consistent updates to their knowledge and skill set. The assessments within our in-house training are critical, thorough, and demand commitment and proficiency from attendees to be signed off as competent.
