About The Community Accommodation
SACARE created their Community Accommodation service to offer people with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in the community in a home of their own.
Our Community Accommodation allows individuals to live independently, often removing the need for institutionalisation, and providing support on-hand 24 hours a day. The SACARE team provide care and mentoring to our residents to help them achieve the best version of their lives, and own their future. The SACARE approach to community accommodation options is unique: we assess the needs of the person and find or create alternatives that best suits their needs.

Our Wellington Square house offers four bedrooms with SACARE staff onsite to ensure there is support 24/7 to the residents. With its welcoming atmosphere staff often comment that it feels like a second home for them also.

Our Elm St property is a four bedroom home, providing 24/7 support to residents. These residents can live independently in this lovely share-home, knowing that support is to hand whenever they need it.

This Kensington Gardens property offers four bedrooms with additional independent onsite accommodation. The property offers onsite care attendance 24 hours a day, and the main house offers character living for residents with low complex disabilities.
