Say Hi To Chloe Kempe - Chief Executive Officer

It's been a stellar year at sacare with growth, success and new initiatives. A large part of this is because of our innovative Leadership Team. ⭐️

We've created a "Meet our Team" series - starting with our Leadership Team - where you can read more about our sacare superstars.

First in line is our CEO Chloe Kempe!

Combine fun and an inherited passion for disability advocacy and you have sacares dynamic CEO Chloe Kempe.

Her love for creating a positive company culture and delivering quality services is equal to witnessing those with disability living their best life.

So, 2006 saw the natural progression to step into the role of CEO for the 25-year-old local family business sacare. A place where she can encourage the two by cultivating excellent service and training amongst employees and empowerment to clients within South Australia’s disability sector.

With diplomas in HR, Tourism, Management, Governors Leadership Foundation and recently completing the CEO Masterplan, Chloe education is her foundation for high calibre leadership and commitment to skill development and training.

Her people skills and desire to really listen to people and their experiences, to understand their needs and then create solutions that deliver outcomes to the best of abilities intrinsically motivates and inspires Chloe daily.

Combine Chloe’s public relations, event management and marketing skills from her 8 years at the Hyatt Hotel group along with managing daily chaos and variables raising 3 children (twins included!) into teenagerhood, Chloe is a master at work life balance.

Tie all this up with extracurricular interests such as riding motorbikes for charity in the annual Variety Moto Run, volunteering weekly at Kickstart For Kids and participant in the now disbanded One Village charity, Chloe certainly lives and breathes her personal motto to ‘have fun in everything that you do, while being confident in your authenticity and individuality”.
