We are excited to announce the launch of SACARE’s Concierge Care - a specialist new model of care in a beautiful, brand-new location!
Our team understands the importance of living an autonomous life with the peace of mind that any needs can be met at the touch of a button.
With this in mind, SACARE is releasing the new model of care that allows each tenant lives in their own modern, high-tech individual apartment within a contemporary building completed in Salisbury.
The apartment dwellers will all have access to a “concierge” service - a fully trained support worker - for assistance whenever they need.
In this advanced model of care, the Concierge team will be based onsite and will respond to support tenants as needed.
What type of care does Concierge provide?
The model is flexible and adapted to suit each individual's needs. They may require general support in emergencies, help with urgent and unplanned events, or even indirect troubleshooting support over the phone.
Our team will be trained to help with assistive technology/equipment assistance, domestic tasks such as light meal preparation, taking out the rubbish, bringing in mail or packages, light cleaning, or support with pets.
If needed, the concierge support can also help with personal care or even social engagement in the apartment - the tenant might just want to have a chat over a cuppa!

SACARE are opening early expressions of interest for the February 2023 release for roles such as Community Leader, Concierge Specialists and Disability Support workers. Our selection process is merit based and open now!
