What sets ONCALL SACARE apart is our expertise in diverse, complex care. We excel in managing both low and high complex care clients, including those with autism, ADHD, MND, Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, Huntington's, Spinal Cord Injuries, and strokes.

Our team works closely with families, carers, and qualified professionals to fully understand your needs, concerns, and requirements. We handpick the best individuals to deliver top-notch service to exceed your expectations and provide peace of mind, regardless of your path.

Customised  Strategies and Comprehensive Training

Together, we develop clear action strategies. We work with you, your caregivers, and your family to design and understand actions that align with your goals and interests. Our use of cutting-edge technologies and proven training approaches enables us to develop an Allied Health team that consistently seeks improvement.

Our support workers receive more than the bare minimum training, including manual handling and first aid. We go further by offering additional, free training in Medication Management and Continence Management during their very first day of induction.

Complex clinical care

We have developed a robust nursing assessment and care plan development process. Our priority is to provide highly skilled, client-specific support delivered by an in-house Clinical Nurse Educator. For our respite clients, we have a trained group of casual nursing & care staff available for the delivery of high-intensity supports.

We’ve chosen to develop an in-house clinical education system managed by clinical staff & a learning & development coordinator to ensure efficient and timely staff training, avoiding disruptions to transitions and delays in support.

We make sure we can meet client needs including:

  • Enteral feeding

  • End of life care

  • Diabetes and insulin management’

  • Tracheostomy, or ventilator needs

  • Complex wound care

  • Complex bowel management.

Palliative Supports

We have recently collaborated with the Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (PEPA) to further cement staff learnings and mentoring around end of life care.

Psychosocial supports.

For our accommodation and In-Home Services, we also provide Crisis Prevention and Intervention training to support staff in understanding trauma-based and complex behaviors, enhancing the quality of service delivery.

Our Proven Process

Our first step is to comprehensively understand your needs and triage them appropriately. Your personalised plan and requirements undergo careful assessment and planning to ensure the delivery of the best possible services. Our dedicated intake team, along with a skilled clinician, meets with the client to gain a deep understanding of their needs, ensuring accurate and thorough assessment.

The second step is to take time and careful consideration when choosing your team. We prioritise the selection and training of the best staff tailored to your individual needs or specific requests. Our staff undergo comprehensive training, ensuring they meet the prerequisites for acquiring higher skills.

Commitment to Excellence

To maintain our high skills and diversity of knowledge, we align with NDIS guidelines, ensuring competencies are regularly updated and matched annually. Our in-house training team stays ahead of current industry needs and trends through consistent updates to their knowledge and skill set. The assessments within our in-house training are critical, thorough, and demand commitment and proficiency from attendees to be signed off as competent.
