Care throughout South Australia
SACARE offers tailored In-Home Care services to hundreds of clients throughout South Australia from the young to the elderly who are living with a range of complex illnesses or disabilities.
Once a comprehensive Care Plan is formulated by clients, their supporter and SACARE staff, SACARE can deliver a tailored Service Delivery Program which could include: personal care services, including invasive procedures, special meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and laundry services, recreation activities, in-home respite care and transport.
The SACARE team's expertise encompasses nursing, community based care, supported independent living management, and staff supervision skills. Multi-lingual carers also are available.
All clients are provided with a 24-hour emergency response service and are appointed a Care Coordinator who will liaise with family, health care providers and the Support Team to ensure a consistent and personalised service for clients' peace of mind. Personal Service Delivery Programs are regularly monitored and reviewed.
All SACARE Support Team members have relevant Certificate III qualifications in disability/aged care or community services. Current First Aid, Manual Handling, and National Police Clearance/DCSI certificates.
